Telephone Order Entry in selected Option markets
Introducing Brokers who choose to enter their option orders by telephone can call toll-free directly to strategically located specialists on the exchange floors. Futures and option orders are executed swiftly with "flashing" capability in Chicago markets. New York orders are placed through a trading desk on the exchange floor. Experienced professionals who staff these desks pride themselves on the superior way each order is executed and fill reported. Electronic Order Entry
Electronic orders are routed with speed and accuracy, and fills are often reported within seconds. An order placed on J-Trader, our Internet-based electronic order entry system, routes directly from the user's computer to an electronic trading platform, such as e-CBOT or GLOBEX. Using J-Trader offers many other benefits, including 24-hour trading access and marked-to-the-market account information. You can view all working, open, and filled orders, as well as open positions for single accounts or your entire customer base.
Clearing Support
We believe that Puma Financial’s Back office has the reputation of providing some of the finest customer service in the industry. In addition to the personal support given by experienced professionals, we also provide our brokers with a state-of-the-art software communication program called CDC. Using CDC, a broker has the ability to securely download timely, accurate information and reports via the Internet throughout the trading day.
